Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate any user account that repeatedly violates our Community Conduct Policy, including but not limited to harassment, false reporting, or attempts to obstruct investigations.
  • Termination may also occur if a user engages in illegal activity, shares copyrighted material without permission, or repeatedly posts misinformation that undermines the safety of special‑education stakeholders.
  • When an account is terminated, all associated login credentials become invalid, and the user will be barred from creating a new account using the same email address or other identifying information.

Content Removal

  • Content that is defamatory, harassing, or that reveals personally identifiable information (PII) without consent will be removed promptly upon verification.
  • We will also remove any material that infringes on intellectual property rights, violates applicable federal or state law, or is deemed to be spam or unsolicited advertising.
  • If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a written request through the Contact Us page; we will review the request and provide a response within 30 days.

Data Handling and Privacy
